Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our embroidered and personalized hats, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
