At Dancing Reaper Hat Co, we work hard to get your custom products shipped quickly and safely.

Processing Time

All orders—including custom hat patches and made-to-order items—ship within 3–7 business days.
During high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery times:

• USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority / UPS Ground: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’re always happy to help you track or resolve issues. If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you still need assistance.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If the address is entered incorrectly and the order ships, we cannot replace or refund the order.
